PWD beats Renaissance 3-0 in the opening game of the Yaounde solidarity tournament
The Abakwa boys were on target December 1 in the opening game of the Yaounde solidarity tournament.
Nobert Nji secured the first goal for PWD just 29 minutes into play and Nchindo Cletus, newly signed midfielder, scored the double before half time
Upon return to the pitch, Chem Herbert scored the third goal securing all 3 points of the game
It is worth noting that, Coach David Pagou of PWD changed his strategy before this game, benching all the senior players but for Malachi Nfor and instead opted for the new recruits which paid off.
The Abakwa boys now top group A with 3points. The tournament will help PWD better prepare for the cup of Cameroon finals on a date yet to be announced.
