The mascot for the 2021 African cup of Nations has begun a Nationwide tour in Yaounde today, December 9.
Known as the "Mola", the mascot has embarked on a Nationwide tour to beckon on the Cameroonian citizens to come together inorder to stage a successful African cup of Nations come January.
The journey of presenting the mascot estimated to last for 10 days kicked off December 9 in Yaounde and is expected to continue to Bafoussam, Bamenda, Douala, Limbe, Buea, Ngoundere, Bertoua and finally Maroua and Garoua in the days ahead.
Charged with ensuring the tour is hitch free are the various regional Presidents of the local organizing committee of the 2021 African cup of Nations .
The tournament comes up in barely 32 days and preparations are being done to ensure everything is top notch when the African cup of Nations kicks off in January.
